Dropbox cannot install after advanced deletement

Hi,

I had problems with dropbox for a while stuck on connecting. I could not log in to dropbox even as it said i was not logged in. I deleted dropbox and reinstalled it. The reinstallement was succeeded the the stuck on connceting problem was still there.

Therefore i tried the advanced reinstallment:

https://www.dropbox.com/nl_NL/help/desktop-web/advanced-reinstall

I could delete all things except 1 file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\Client\DropboxExt64.25.0.dll

Even with other software programs to delete files that are in use i wont delete. (i dont know if this is the root cause problem).

However, I would like to install dropbox again. I tried offline and online installers. Several versions of stable builds. They all give the same error after loading for 2 seconds:

installatie mislukt. het installatieprogramma voor dropbox is niet gestart. 

= Installation failed. Installation program for dropbox has not started.

 

Can somebody help me out?

I put back all my files from my windows trash bin. While dropbox 3 was installed. Then installed again dropbox 59 over the files. it worked!

Afterwards i could log in again. and all files cynced.

Case closed!

Update:

Very old Version Experimental Build 3.1.272 does install.  But i cannot login as this is too old. New installments still the same problem.
