Dropbox.com Website Broken

Dropbox.com Website Broken

Hi having an issue with two users not being able to access the dropbox.com website. It will only show the text on the left hand side of the screen and no matter if I change browsers or clear cache it will not fix it.

The users are unable to log in or select any of the blue links that show up on page.

This is an example, I am not able to get the correct image since I am away from both user's computers at the moment :

If I’m understanding you correctly, it worked fine until you installed Symantec?

If so, then it’s most likely blocking traffic from our servers. You can check more information about how to configure firewalls here, though you’ll need to search for the specific settings inside the program itself on your end.

Hi Ryan, assuming you’re referring to how the site looks, without any images or ability to click blue links, then there’s a connection issue.

There is a high possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.

We’d recommend checking all of the above for any recent changes of updates which could account for why the site isn’t loading correctly.

Keep us posted with any updates!

The website was working before even with the firewall on we did install Symantec for all computers on the network. Would there be a solution for this?
