Last night my computer shut down after an extended blackout drained my UPS.
Now on boot dropbox and OneDrive have both given me trouble.
Dropbox gives me an error that "Dropbox couldn't start", a link to help and a log file and no other means to help correct the issue.

How do I repair? Do I reinstall?
