After using Migration on the new OS Big Sur, Dropbox couldn't start. A window says is usually a problem of permissions and ask me to contact Dropbox Support with the following infos to help (Dropbox_error9qygc_dt.txt)
Unfortunately on the chat they was saying they didn't understood my question !!!
I had indeed no direct question, I was just following the indication of the warning window and give them the text message Dropbox_error9qygc_dt. Which is:

If the support online couldn't understand and help, who could ?
Thank you Jay.
I found a procedure in Dropbox help how to fix the permissions via the Terminal. I did follow it and everything is fine now.
Hi @cjr_r, thanks for messaging today!
If you're getting this error message, and you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?
Keep me updated with any progress!

@Walter, many thanks for the link - however I wasn't able to use the Spacebar nor Option+H to show "Fix Hardlinks".
No problem however - I was just doing some troubleshooting for a colleague who had just upgraded to Big Sur, and updating the Dropbox app fixed the non-syncing issue.
Here is the page where I found the solution to solve my permissions trouble
