Dropbox desktop app looks like a normal folder

New member | Level 2

My Dropbox desktop app used to have the Dropbox interface with all the normal account features. I then accidentally unlinked my desktop through the app on my phone and the Dropbox folder just looked like a normal folder on my desktop. I reinstalled the app, updated, and relinked the app, but it still just looks like a normal folder. Anyone know how to get the app to work like it used to?

Hello

You have to reinstall the application and to choose manually the folder (original folder) to synchronize in the same folder. Don't creat a new folder.

Hope that it helps

Best regards
