What I outlined above. Since the Big Sur update, the dropbox app on my MacBook Pro is constantly in "syncing" with the blue wheel mode which I never had issues before. Additionally, when I search within the app and then double click on a PDF nothing happens. It won't open any documents.
Is this a common problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I've restarted my computer a few times, re-installed the dropbox app. And so far have had no luck.
Hey Lusil. When I click on anything in the dropbox app from the menu bar, nothing comes up- not account info, not preferences, not any documents. It still says "syncing" and looks like this with no additional info on files etc..
