Dropbox desktop returns nnable to connect whenever I want to download a file

Recently Dropbox began to return an error message whenever I want to open/download a file in desktop: "Dropbox no consigue conectarse" ("Unable to connect" in English).

My SO is Windows 10. I have uninstalled Dropbox, download latest version from web (27/01/2020), and reinstall but the problem persists. I have tried also disabling antivirus but it doesn't work.

¿Does anyone have faced this issue?

Hello @dpto-desarrollo - welcome to the Community!

If you've already made sure that your antivirus isn't acting up, I'd suggest checking for any firewall or VPN/proxy settings that might be interfering somehow. 

While at it, please use the offline installer of our latest, stable version of the desktop app.
