Hi there @Shiri, I hope you're well today!

 

From the error that you're getting there and since you upgraded the OS of your device, is it possible that you now have more than 3 devices connected to your Dropbox account?

 

If your account is on a Basic plan, please check your device page from here to see if you possibly have multiple connections for this device. If so, please try unlinking the older version of your Mac and see if that does the trick.

Can you please take a look at the steps outlined here regarding permission errors and try the steps listed under Mac?
