Dropbox does not work

I've installed the program, uploaded the files, gone to share and sent the verification to my email.

I have put the no-reply@dropbox.com in my safe senders list.

I have not got the email, I have resent the email.... no joy.

I have resent the email multiple times, no joy.

I have tried the help BOT... what a useless tool.

I have tried to upgrade .... I send the email... no joy.  

I cant even pay for the program that doesnt work.  What a dismal performance.

I’m sorry to hear about this, could you let me know if you checked the junk/spam folder to ensure the email didn’t go there instead of your inbox?

IF it isn't there, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. 

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.
