Hello, which mac os x version do you have? I had the same problem and solved it by updating to sierra.

Hey there, we might need to look into this matter further via a support ticket, however we'd like to confirm if you have already attempted to reinstall the Dropbox desktop application?

If not, please try using this link to install the latest version:

Hi,

thank you so much for your quick answer.

I already attemped to reinstall Dropbox, and also to disconnect and connect again my iMac, without success.

I tried again with the latest version you suggested, but it still shows the same error message 😞

Additionally, please copy and paste the thread URL in the message so we have a reference to our conversation here.

Once you've submitted a ticket, you should get an automated response within which has the ticket ID (7 digits long). Could you reply to this thread with that ID for me to check out the ticket?
