Hi!
My dropbox folder contains a folder called "Search" that wont sync.
Drilling down, there is "Data" then "Applications" then "Windows" then 4 files that have a cross next to them:
edb.jtx
edbtmp.jtx
Windows.edb
Windows.jfm
What are these files and can I safely delete them?
Thanks

Hi davidwalters,
Hope you are doing good.
Could you please let us know what you mean by "Won't Sync"? Are you seeing the folder on the website but not on a device? Does it show in a device but not in another one?
As a first step, have a look here and see if any of the cases applies to you.
Also, can you check to make sure Dropbox is actively running on your computer? If it is, you should see the small Dropbox icon normally.
Finally, can you check your computer to make sure that the Dropbox folder is still in the default install location or the location that you chose when you installed the Dropbox desktop application?
As for the files, they seem to be Windows created files, but an online search will give you some more answers on whether you can delete them or not.
Keep us updated! Thanks!
