Hi,
I'm running the latest version of the Dropbox iOS on my iPad with iOS 11.4.1
My iPad is connected to the internet and I have zero problems with other apps.
However the Dropbox app tell me I have "“No internet connection” and that “Syncing will resume when you’re back online”.
Very frustrating. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading from the App Store, but this has not resolved the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this? What solutions worked?
Thanks,
Matthew
When using Safari on iPad and iPhone I get that error message.
It is when I click on a credit card statement pdf produced by the credit card company that this happens.
I don't want to provide the image because the statement has a lot of confidential financial information on the image... I don't know how to get rid of that info.
Thanks for getting back to me, @LBC.
