Having the same issue – Dropbox isn't doing anything (fully synced) and yet it's stuck around 100% CPU usage for days now…

I'm having this issue as well. Pausing dropbox solves things, but then it's not super useful.

Same problem. I prefer dropbox but until this issue is fixed I will use an alternative service.
