Hi all,
I have been logging in the Dropbox Desktop Client with a few types of Business accounts and a personal account. In doing so I found a difference in the keys:
{ "business": { "path": "C:\\Users\\filip\\LoS Dropbox\\Arthur Fleck", "host": 6xxxxxxxx0, "is_team": true, "subscription_type": "Business",
"root_path": "C:\\Users\\filip\\LoS Dropbox" } }
{ "business": { "path": "C:\\Users\\filip\\Dropbox (BIMcollab Cloud)", "host": 6xxxxxxxx0, "is_team": true, "subscription_type": "Business" } }
{ "personal": { "path": "C:\\Users\\filip\\Dropbox", "host": 6xxxxxxxx0, "is_team": false, "subscription_type": "Basic" } }
I would like to ask if there can be any other differences when using a Personal account, like in the case of using Bussiness Dropbox accounts using the Team Space vs not using the Team Space?
Also is it possible for the info.json to contain two objects - one for personal and one for a business simultaneously?
Hi @BIMcollab, thanks for messaging the Community!
In order to look into this in further detail, I’d recommend contacting our support team directly at this link while logged into the Business account.
They should be able to assist you from there on. Hope this helps!
