Dropbox is not installed on windows 10 x64 20H2

Good day! Windows 10 x64 20H2, dropbox not installed. When installing, it says that the system time is incorrect or there is no Internet access. Although everything is correct. When downloading the offline installer after installation, it cannot access the Internet. Firewall is disabled, so is antivirus.

If disabling the antivirus and firewall while using the offline installer didn't help improve matters, you could try a clean, advanced reinstall at this point. 

If you're on the Basic plan, you'll also need to remove any devices that might be putting you over your account's limit from your account's Security page.
