Dropbox isn’t opening in my iPhone 11Pro

Dropbox isn’t working properly with iPhone 11 Pro. Once I reinstall the Dropbox app, it works properly, but it does not open afterward. I already removed my other devices from my account, only two ( this iPhone and my laptop) left. Please suggest any solution

Thanks for creating this topic in our Community. 

Sorry to hear we have an issue to solve.  Since you have already reinstalled and checked the total number of the devices linked to your account, I have emailed you to further look into device details that can help me figure this out for you. 

We cannot see device related details or Dropbox accounts via the Community for privacy reasons.

A question for you, is this the first time you installed Dropbox on this device?
