MacPro bombed out and reinstalled. Reinstalled Dropbox. Preferences is set to open automatically on start up.
Does not do this and every time have to go into app and open it up before it become resident on main bar.
System is MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 (Problem-child)
Any fixes please

Hi there @RobSantini! Along with what @Mark mentioned, if you’re running the current stable version of the Dropbox desktop app (53.4.67), I'd kindly recommend having a look through this link to see steps on how to check if the Dropbox app is listed as one of your Startup items or add it to your Startup folder. Let us know what you find!

Latest Version 53.4.67
Hi, here is a thread talking about a similar issue. Maybe you can get some useful tips there. My suggestion is to uninstall Dropbox from your Mac first and reinstall the latest version to see if the problem could be solved. 🙂
I e-mailed a movie via Dropbox from a windows computer and the recipient could not open it on his Mac computer
the recipient could not open it.
