To ensure troubleshooting, could you please let us know what exactly happens when you try to install the app? Do you get any error messages? Any screenshots (without personal info) would be very helpful.

However, from your second image attached, I can see that the error message outlines that your device is incompatible and prompts you to install the Dropbox app for Windows 10 in S mode.
Could you please clarify if you're still having trouble installing the app from the Microsoft Store?
