I'm unable to install the desktop app on my new Galaxy Book 2, also unable to login to the Dropbox app either.
Hello @jbramble, can you please try downloading the offline installer https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?type=full and installing?
That also didn't work.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing and installing the desktop app.
To ensure troubleshooting, could you please let us know what exactly happens when you try to install the app? Do you get any error messages? Any screenshots (without personal info) would be very helpful.

To confirm, my device is not in s-mode

In general, an error 2 on a Windows OS could be resolved by following the steps outlined here by @Walter.
However, from your second image attached, I can see that the error message outlines that your device is incompatible and prompts you to install the Dropbox app for Windows 10 in S mode.
Could you please clarify if you're still having trouble installing the app from the Microsoft Store?
