Hey there @horbett, thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please clarify what device and browser you are using Dropbox Passwords on and, if possible, send us a screenshot too so that we can have a visual?

I am running MacBook Pro Retina Laptop with OS 11.6

 

there is nothing i can attach to show you because the only thing i get is a spinning wheel when Dropbox Passwords tries to start up. It never starts and the wheel keeps spinning so I have to quit Dropbox passwords to get rid of the spinning wheel.

 

As far as I know I am not running a browser when this startup failure happens. I think it is the Dropbox Paswords app itself but it is not so clear to me. My default browser is Firefox.

Dropbox Passwords is a web browser extension now - the app is going to be deprecated at some point eventually.

You can find the browser extension for Firefox in this page
