Dropbox recognizes my Windows 7 as Windows XP

Hi,

I'm having a weird issue with Dropbox. Suddently Dropbox recognizes my Windows 7 as Windows XP and the desktop application is not connecting to the servers. Each time I run Dropbox app I get redirected to a Dropbox site informing that my Windows XP (???) is no longer supported.

How can I solve that issue?

Please help me. My computer is set up windows 7 but Dropbox recognizes it as window xp and I can run this application.

As you see, dropbox is not run in combability mode but i still cannot use

Please keep in mind that the actions applied as per the screenshot below will be put into effect for the Dropbox shortcut on your desktop. To check whether “Compatibility mode” has been enabled for the Dropbox folder, please follow the steps below: 

#1. Go to your C:\ drive, 

#2. Go to your Program Files (X86)

#3. Choose the Dropbox folder

#4. Choose the folder “Client” and right-click on the “Dropbox.exe” file. 

Would you mind sending in a a screenshot (omitting personal info) of what you're seeing there, so that I further assist you on the matter?
