I have dropbox installed on my macbook and my iMac, iPad and iPhone.  On my iMac it works flawlessly.  On my other devices it tells me our dropbox for business account is full and doesn't allow me to add any files and the files in the dropbox are not updated versions.  This is also the case when I attempt to log in online.

 

I have checked to see if I'm signed in differently, but it doesn't seem so.  How do I find how I'm signed in on the iMac so I can see if there is a different sign in I'm using as that is the only one that works for me. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi @cbostrom,

Check your Dropbox application preferences. On this dialog window select "Account" tab. There you can find the account email used. Is this email the same as those used in your web view account settings (take a look on "Personal email" field) and in "Account" tab of the other application instances?

Hope this gives right direction.
