Hello Everyone, please help me as my Dropbox app will not start on my PC.

 

This is the screenshot I get initially.Capture1.PNG

 

And then, I get the following error message when I select on the contact dropbox in the second selection.

Hello @rjaura, I'd be happy to help look into this with you!

Have you tried carrying out an advanced reinstall?

Just remember, if you're on a Basic (free) account, due to the three device limit, you'll have to make sure that you've got less than three devices already connected to continue.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes, cheers!

Hi Lusil, thanks a lot for your response.

I was able to do the reinstall and while I had less than three devices connected, the problem was the location of my Dropbox folder which I had to manually change from the default user's location which was suggested.

This has now worked; thanks so much.
