Dropbox won't launch during Startup on my WIN 10 Laptop.

This is a new error.  It began after I upgraded my OS from "Home" to "Pro" and "Reset" to "Factory Settings." Could it be related to my reinstalling Dropbox after the reset? I have been a user for 10+ years and this is a new experience. I am hoping this is a simple fix,
