I have a problem where dropbox won't start up. Ive tried to follow the steps within the links given but nothing helps.

I'm rather frustrated with the Dropbox customer service, I just lost access to all important work folders and have been recommended to contact customer support by a pop-up, but it turns out I am unable because I'm not on a paid subscription.
It gives me a long computer code and tells me to share it with customer support.
Any ideas?
