Dropbox won’t sync

Dropbox won’t sync

It keeps telling me to update the date and time on my computer. The date and time I’d correct but it can’t establish a secure connection. I uninstalled the program and now it won’t finish downloading on the computer again. Running windows 10. Anyone have any ideas?
