Hi there @anielka41, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

The error log that you kindly provided shows that Dropbox is reporting an operational disk I/O error, which means that Dropbox can't read from your hard drive.

 

This is usually indicative of an underlying hardware issue, and I would recommend getting your hard drive checked by a professional.

 

Having said that, I'd suggest trying out an advanced reinstall of the desktop app to see if that does the trick.
