Error message on PDF download

Help!  I am using DropBox (for downloadable pdf's) with WooCommerce on my website. I'm having an issue today- some people are able to download my product without issue and others are getting an error message 😭 I can't figure out the problem. This product was featured as part of a feature on another website and I'm so embarrassed and frustrated.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to a fix ? THANKS !

This is the error message some people are getting-
"Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'Spring%20Garden-3.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."

Hi @FieldsofDaisies,

I think Your issue comes from fact that You try to open web page using Adobe Acrobat Reader (Your link end with 'dl=0'). May be compatibility can be improved if You embed in Your page direct link to the actual pdf file (using link ending 'dl=1').

In particular case, for example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z8kt6mg7ylc7qfz/Spring%20Garden.pdf?dl=1
