The text file listed in the first image will contain the full error message. That's the information that is needed. The portion in the image is just the path to the error log.

If you've moved your home folder, Dropbox is likely not aware of the new location and is looking for its files in the old path. You'll likely need to completely uninstall and reinstall the application. Follow the steps listed in the following forum post.
