Hi, I need help please.

 

I used to have dropbox app on my desktop then ran the Big Sur update on a Mac and now I'm getting the following error when trying to open the dropbox app on my desktop:

If you haven't already, could you try an advanced reinstall?

 

Before you do it, remember that if you're on a Basic (free) account, you'll have to make sure that you have two or less devices already connected to continue.

 

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes, cheers!
