Eternal Downloading Night

Hello, friends, including @Daphne. I am following this thread because the DB app is showing me "Downloading Files" for almost a week. I have a very fast connection and the computer is turned on the whole day. I've just fixed hard links and permission as @Daphne suggested, but it keeps stuck. I don't want to leave any file on the cloud only and I need to do it fast, for professional reasons.

 

I am simply so fed up that I consider leaving Dropbox after 10 years or so. Can someone let me know how to fix this error? 

 

I am running it on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020), 16gB +2tB.

Hi @cassiano, thanks for contacting us!

If you're on a paid plan, could you try contacting the support team directly in order for them to look into this matter in more detail?

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!

Thanks for that, I can see that an agent has replied to your ticket with some steps to follow.

I've also gone ahead and prioritized it to expedite matters on your behalf.
