Hi
I've moved to a newer model MacBook Pro with Office 365 Evergreen subscription.
When I open my excel doc it won't display any of the sheet tabs and also won't display the dropbox header.
On my older computer with Microsoft Office it worked fine.
Any help would be appreciated thanks. Screenshot enclosed.
Im having exactly the same problem! Dropbox online and im viewing my document in Excel online, I have 5 tabs on my spreadsheet and it's not possible to access my tabs as they're not visible anywhere on my screen.
If i open the document in Dropbox desktop im able to see the tabs fine.
Help!?
I'm having the same issue - the only way I've managed to switch tabs is reload the page and they quickly display before the large white box appears (but you have to be really quick and they don't always show). I have tried it on my new MacBook and old windows computer so I think it's a new issue with dropbox.
Hey peeps, thanks for posting!
From what I can see, you're using the web browser to open the file in Excel Online, right?
Can you let me know if you have the same issue opening the file through an incognito/private browsing window? How about with another web browser?
Let me know how it goes!

Hi there,
Thanks for helping.
I've tried to open it in new browsers, in incognito browers and I've cleared caches and no luck. Yes, I've been using excel online on Safari. Stumped.....
Cheers
Thanks for checking that @Gigi2020!
Can you let me know which version of the Safari browser you have installed at the moment?
Out of curiosity, what was the other browser that you tested out too?
Keep me posted!

Hi there,
Safari 13.1. I've also tried it on another older mac with easlier Safari version 12.0.3.
And I tried it on newly installed latest version of Chrome.
Cheers
Claire
Thanks for confirming @Gigi2020!
Just to confirm, does this happen every time you open a file?
If so, does refreshing the page once it's loaded help at all?
