Export Noteshelf file to Dropbox

Keep getting a dropbox.com error 400 when exporting .pdf files to dropbox

Never had a problem before! Help!

Make sure you have the most recent version.

Dropbox recently depreciated v1 of the API which all third party apps have to use to connect to Dropbox. If the app you are using has the old API in then it will no longer work. You will need to upgrade to the newer versions.

Is this in the Noteshelf app/website?

How long ago is it since you did it last?

It is the Noteshelf App--the first part of last June was the last time using iPad. Apps are updated.
Other teachers on the same campus have been using this regularly/recently with no problems.

1)Check for errors in the file name or the url

2)Clear your browser's cookies

 

If the above don't work try to clear your browsers cache

I’m almost certain it’s related to the APIv1 deprecation, since that happened after the last time you opened the app.

If you update the Noteshelf app to the latest version on the App store, it should start to work again.
