Can't open my Dropbox on my IPad and IPhone with message saying (reached plan's limit). I'm on basic free plan...has something changed? Have Dropbox on my PC, IPad, and IPhone.

Hello @JulieV, with Dropbox free/basic plan, you should be able to use Dropbox in upto three devices. Can you please check the Device section in https://www.dropbox.com/account/security It could be that one of your devices unlinked and linked again, so you reached three device quota limit. You can remove that device and link again.
okay will try that and let you know
Tried deleting my devices on my PC and then re-installing the app on my IPhone and Ipad with my PC login info. My documents are there but when I try to open them with my protection password it says Decryption failed and won't open? Thanks for trying to help.
