Files do not show on drop Down menu on iPad via outlook

Until today I could easily acces all files on Dropbox when trying to attach a file to an email in outlook on my iPad.

Now suddenly the Dropbox folder is gone when I try to attach. All I see is files on my iPad. Please help

Hi @MIR99, thanks for joining the Community!

Could you check that the Dropbox mobile app is installed on the device and signed into your account?

Afterwards, since Outlook would use the iOS Files app, could you look to see if Dropbox is enabled as a location in the app?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Hi Jay, yes the dropbox mobile app is installed and enabled, It worked until today and still works on my iPhone. 

However, when I open the IOS files app, Dropbox no longer shows

Could you try editing the Locations in the iOS Files app to enable the Dropbox location?

If need be, you might need to reboot the device first before you can add Dropbox.
