I'm in charge of admissions in a business school and we use ProctorU platform for organising exams online. The exam-takers leave their completed exam copies in a Dropbox once they have finished so that we can retrieve and correct them.
Recently, the exams filed in this dropbox on the ProcterU platform have gone missing. ProcterU told us that the problem was with Dropbox.
Would anybody know why this occurred and how to fix it?
