I have no idea how to fix this issue. Closed and re-opened Dropbox Paper, restarted computer. Still there. Only in Paper too, Google Drive/Slack/email works fine and normally.
Hey susannayee,
I'd be glad to work on that with you!
Based on your previous discussion, a plugin or other setting is interferring, since you 're not seeing the same on an incognito window.
Please temporarily disable any browser extensions or add-ons that may be running and see if this helps.
If it persists, could you please let me know in your reply?
Kind regards,

So apparently only in Chrome? Safari seems to be normal so I'll use that for now. 😕
Edit: Clearing Chrome cache did nothing.
It would appear that it's something local to you. I wouldn't rule out a browser issue just yet. You cleared the cache, but what out the full browsing history? That's resolved a lot of Chrome-specific issues in the past. Also, try it in an Incognito window.
Hey there Rich, looks like deleting everything on Chrome, cookies, history, etc. everything from the beginning of time didn't fix it. But it did work in an incognito window. 😕 If anything it's not a big deal right now, but I can use Safari just fine. Really strange.

Hey there, wasn't sure which combination of disabling Chrome extensions did the trick, but closing and re-opening Dropbox paper with enough disabled Chrome extensions seemed to fix my problem. Thank you.
