When you install Dropbox using DNF/YUM the installation of dropbox add it's own repo under /etc/yum.repos.d/
In the dropbox.repo you are referring to https://linux.dropbox.com/fedora/$releasever/
and if you are using Fedora 33 or Fedora 34 you get an error everytime you run a DNF/YUM update.
This can easy be solved by creating links on dropbox "file" server that directory 33 and 34 is linking to the fedora 32 directory until you have a update that is unique for a newer version of Fedora.
