Can someone help me please ?
Thanks in advance.
Hey @ru_sidnei; thanks for joining our Community and happy Friday!
Can you please check if there's any update for your mobile's OS and our mobile app's version as well within your app store? Keep in mind that our latest version of our mobile app is 196.2.6 for Android users and 196.2 for iOS devices.
If you've made sure you're up to date, please reboot your device and try re-installing the app as this might do the trick for you.
Keep us posted!

Thank you by return Walter,
I found a way to contorn the problem, I have connected the notebook in another WIFI (Without filter by Firewall) and it connect correctly.
Do you have idea about what PORT the dropbox use to connect with web/service/server ?
I tried to monitoring the errors to check the logs to find the PORT by nothing appears about my IP address.
Glad to hear that @ru_sidnei.
As per your question, I'd suggest taking a look at the relevant Help Center as it should cover most of your concerns:

Just complementing,
I found something by the IP of another computer.
... 162.125.5.13. The certificate of security is from *.dropbox.com.
... 162.125.5.7. The certificate of security is from api.dropboxapi.com.
I still not enable this addresses in my firewall because I solve the problem of the user but I believe that the API address could be the problem, it needs to be enabled.
I hope help more users, good luck, bye bye.
