I want to down load ScanSnap and it will not allow. Problem is : You do not have write authority for data storage folder... select a different folder or make selected folder writable. C:\Users\Randall\dropbox. How do I do this? Been searching and trying this from internet but no help

Hi @RandyB, thanks for posting on the Community!

Are you trying to install the app into the Dropbox folder somehow? Are you trying to open the folder via the ScanSnap app?

Any info you can provide, including screenshots, would be great!
