Google Chrome Untitled Tab

Explorer | Level 3

When I right click Dropbox from the Tray and open Dropbox.com, Goolgle Chrome launches with an Untitled page and any additional tabs that I attempt to open come up as untitled... However if i already have Chrome open and right click dropbox icon and open dropbox.com it works...
