Can't save new screenshots after uploading folder to Dropbox

I uploaded my screenshots folder from my PC to Dropbox.  I can access the screenshots on Dropbox online by going to the website, but not from Windows Explorer.  The bigger problem is when I try to save a new screenshot.  It does not appear to be saving in the screenshot folder, and I don't know where it's going.  Anyone know how to straigthen this out?  Thanks!

Hey there @Timely2000, I hope you're well today!

 

I've just moved your post here as the OP here described a similar issue.

Also, do you have the option enabled within the desktop app to automatically save screenshots into your Dropbox folder? You can check out more info about this here.
