If you experience something like this, then you can deal with it the way I did,
The laptop that I have is divided into 2 Partitions namely:
- Drive C (for system) and
- Drive D (for data).
The next step :
1. Copy all the files in Drive D to Drive C or to Flashdisk or other storage media until finished.
2. Format Drive D, and select the Quick Format option
3. Copy all the data back to Drive D again.
4. Now try to open the sketchup file again and save.
PROBLEM CFileException 0 WILL NOT APPEAR AGAIN.

Seems like there is an error, related to the disc that contains the file you are trying to access or save. From the error, I understand that the file is located in your D drive.
