 If you experience something like this, then you can deal with it the way I did,
The laptop that I have is divided into 2 Partitions namely:
- Drive C (for system) and
- Drive D (for data).
The next step :
1. Copy all the files in Drive D to Drive C or to Flashdisk or other storage media until finished.
2. Format Drive D, and select the Quick Format option
3. Copy all the data back to Drive D again.
4. Now try to open the sketchup file again and save.
PROBLEM CFileException 0 WILL NOT APPEAR AGAIN.

Thank you so much for the helpful screenshot. 

Seems like there is an error, related to the disc that contains the file you are trying to access or save. From the error, I understand that the file is located in your D drive. 

Questions for you: 

  1. Have you tried the steps offered in the message displaying there? 
  2. What is the version of your OS? 
  3. What version of Dropbox do you have installed on this device? 
  4. What are the steps you are taking to get to this error?
