Have own dropbox but cannot have my teams one in my finder on mac

Have tried everything to get my teams dropbox on my finder but can only get my own dropbox - even went through preferences etc.  can someone help

Hi @SaveMe67 - welcome to our Community!

To begin with, could you confirm you're following the steps outlined in the Help Center article here? https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/multiple-accounts/connect-personal-work-account

More specifically, to connect your personal and work Dropbox please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to https://www.dropbox.com/ with your Dropbox Business account login.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
  3. Click “Connect your personal Dropbox”.

You'll be asked if you already have a personal Dropbox account. If you do, please sign in to your account or if you don't, you'll be given the option to create a personal account.

Follow the instructions to download the Dropbox desktop application and start using both your personal and work accounts on your computer.

Hello. We did this. But its now that there are 4 people in our office and all 3 can find their dropbox in their finder on their mac computer accept 1 staff.  I have followed so many videos and advice weblinks and none of us can seem to do it.

He has his own personal dropbox on his finder in mac but cannot get the team dropbox in it?  Not sure why when we have everyone elses on it?
