Help dropbox not excepting me email adress even yhow its the same one ive uesd

I've been with drop box for some time but had to reset my tablet to factory reset as it was playing up ..I've try ed a few times to sign in with my google email address but it just keeps saying it don't know this email address but it's the one I've used for years with them ..help can't get my pics

Hi there @Cazzz, sorry to hear about that. 
 
As a first step, could you please ensure that the email address you’re using is the same as the one associated with your Dropbox account by checking from any other platform that you may have signed in to:
  • Website - your General tab in your Settings.
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > gear icon > Preferences > Account tab.
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).
If you find that it’s the same, could you please clarify if you’re trying to sign in through your tablet’s browser or through the mobile app? Could you also send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message that you’re seeing so as to have a better visual of your query?
