How can I attach a file from Dropbox directly into my email?

Hello, i need help i have outlook 365, (exchange) i added dropbox tools to exchange also this link works i see the files are
there when i want to create a new mail, but it makes a SHARE link with dropbox and not a copy to to my mail.
so that it is directly attached to the email.
does anyone know a solution for this. Thank you for reading and love to hear it. win10pro / 64b-exchange mail / dropbox tools

Hi @KEUNL, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

This is the normal behavior for the Dropbox connection to Outlook.

If you’re interested in attaching the direct file, you’ll need to download it and attach it manually into your email, or attach it from the Dropbox folder if the files are already synced to your account.

 

Hope this helps to clarify matters!
