Dropbox installs & integrations

I have Dropbox installed on my Windows 10 laptop but do not want it to automatically start when a particular user logs in (because there are other devices it syncs to for that user and to do it on this PC would exceed the number of devices for the free version). Is there any way to achieve this? Many thanks.
