I keep getting this message when trying to open a word document from dropbox. When I try and grant permission, I'm told I don't have access privileges. There was a previous thread with the same title that was closed, seemingly with lots of people having the same problem and dropbox responding with the same screenshot request every time and then suggesting a reinstall of word but not coming up with a solution. None of this works for me. I cannot access my own documents which is incredibly frustrating and stopping me form operating. Dropbox, have you sorted out a proper solution yet?
