At first, thanks for sharing the complete error log with us! It definitely helps.
To make sure that we cover as much initial troubleshooting ground as possible, since you're running the beta version of the desktop app (96.3.166), could you try resolving this behabior by reinstalling to the latest stable version, instead?
To do this, you'll need to first make sure that the desktop app doesn't automatically update to the beta version after reinstalling:
