New member | Level 2

My collegue shared an Excel file with me as "read only".  I can see and open this file on the website, but i do not see it on my computer dropbox. Is it possible to somehow fix it?

Thank you!

Was the file shared via a Share Link? If so, files shared in that manner do not sync to your account. They're accessible via the link only. You have the ability to either download the file or add it to your Dropbox by clicking the Download button in the upper-right corner of the page. Adding it to your Dropbox will add a separate copy to your own Dropbox folder. This copy will not sync with the original.
