You can use a third-party service such as Mover.io to transfer files between cloud services.

if you have a smartphone, you can download the apps and do the same. You can select files and select export and then it will ask you where and then select Google Drive

Can I migrate the same permissions of Dropbox to Google Drive? Is there a platform that supports the requirement?
